PROPOSALS FOR STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
Independent School District 622, North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale, invites interested bus service providers to submit written quotations for certain Student Transportation Services described in this Specification pursuant to Minnesota Statues 123B.52, subds. 1 and 3 and relevant District Policies.
1. Notice is hereby given that Independent School District 622 will receive written quotations for student transportation services following the details and conditions described in the Specification that may be obtained from the Purchasing Department at the District Education Center, 2520 12th Ave. E., North St. Paul, MN 55109. Quotations shall be submitted in the form and manner described in the specification.
2. Written quotations must be received at the District Education Center no later than 10:00 a.m., Tuesday May 6th, 2008 at the Purchasing Department at the District Education Center. The written quotations received prior to or at that time will be opened and selected items read aloud. Written quotations must be submitted in an envelop marked “Quotation For Student Transportation Services” and addressed to:

3. The contract provisions shall be for the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 school years, at a minimum, with provisions to consider a longer contract period.
4. The School Board of Independent School District 622 reserves the right to accept, reject or to negotiate any written quotation received, consistent with Minnesota Statues 123B.52, subds. 1 and 3.
5. The School District will hold an informational meeting for interested service providers at 10:00 a.m. Thursday April 24th, 2008 at the District Education Center. The School District’s student transportation services needs that are the subject of the specifications will be reviewed and questions answered.
