    Carver's PTO

If you have a student at Carver, you are automatically a member of Carver's Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)!
You are invited and welcome to attend any or all monthly PTO meetings!  The PTO meets the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm in the Carver Media Center.  There's no better way to find out what's going on at Carver or to find out how you can be more involved in your child's education.  We love to see new faces and hear new voices!

Thank you! We appreciate your dedication to our students and staff.

    PTO FAQ

What does it take to be in the PTO?
    • Anyone with a student at Carver is automatically a member of the PTO!  There are no fees, no commitment, no prior experience necessary!
Do I have to attend EVERY meeting if I attend ONE meeting?
    • No!  You can come to any or all meetings that work for you.
What happens at a PTO meeting?
    • We hear about PTO financials, get updates about school happenings, learn what's going on in classrooms from grade-level teachers and specialists, and sometimes we even have exciting guest speakers!
What is the purpose of the PTO?
    • The purpose of the PTO is to work with parents, teachers, and staff to enhance the Carver student educational experience.  The PTO organizes fundraisers and events to raise money to benefit Carver students.  The money raised goes directly back to Carver kids in the form of classroom materials, field trips, school assemblies, and more.  PTO members make decisions on how to best allocate funds.
