Accessible 622: Creating Accessible Digital Content
Why do we need to create accessible content?
There are several reasons for making sure that digital content created by staff is accessible. When we make our digital content accessible, we remove any barriers that prevent people from using it. We also save the time of having to go back and fix accessibility issues. Finally, it is the law.
The Americans with Disabilities Act mandates that school districts, among other organizations, make their digital content accessible to all individuals.
