     Employee Assistance Program - VITALWorkLife:

    This resource is available free to all employees and individuals living in their households.  All employees can access VITAL WorkLife resources even if you do not have district insurance benefits. In-person counseling has been suspended as a result of the COVID pandemic but telephonic counseling is available as well as a number of online resources.

    Additionally, CareLine, Virtuwell and Doctor on Demand have assessment tools available for free. They will help you know whether to talk to your doctors.
