New Dental Benefit!
Effective January 1, 2021, the dental benefit offered is changing from CIGNA Dental to Delta Dental. The District will contribute $64.37/month towards the cost of the Delta Dental coverage. The full Delta Dental rate is $100.24 for either single or family coverage. This means that your cost for the Delta Dental plan is $35.87/month for either single or family coverage. Note; there is no longer a "Single+1" option.

Health Insurance Information for July 1, 2020
The District insurance rates are increasing in 2020 at an overall rate increase of 5.3%. Note this is an increase to the overall rate and not the specific increase you will see in your monthly cost. Our claims/costs have continued to increase this year. As a result, of our continued increasing costs and in an effort to help mitigate future increases, the Insurance Committee recommended plan changes to all health plans. The bargaining units and the Board approved the health plan changes and an increase to the health rates.

It is also a resource for insurance plan summaries, information, and forms for all benefit plans such as the Vision Service Plan (VSP), Delta Dental, Life Insurance and more. If you are adding dependents to the benefit plans, you will need to provide documentation verifying their relationship to you. For example, if you are adding a spouse, you will need to provide a copy of your marriage certificate.
