    Important dates and information for the 2020 season.

    FALL MEETING:  Thursday November 7th, 2019 .  3pm in room 137

     

    The Season begins Monday, March 9, 2020

    All athletes must be fully registered (school forms, physicals, athletic fees) before they will be allowed to participate in Softball.

    Tryouts will be held March 16 & 17

        In consideration of Spring Break, 2020 tryouts will be held the second week of the season. Teams will be named Wednesday, March 18th. 

        Players are expected to be at softball March 9-13th for practice and training. School-related OR family trips will be considered excused absences and must be communicated to Coach Dooley before March 6th. In lieu of losing playing time players missing practice over Spring Break for school or family trips will be asked to give-back time to the team.

    Pizza, water, and cookies will be provided by the Booster Club

    This will be a great opportunity to meet the coaching staff, booster club, and gather information about the 2019 softball season. Part of the evening will also be the kickoff to our 2020 Fundraising efforts. 

    Our biggest Fundraiser is a Spaghetti dinner which will be held on TBD.

    For the event, each player is asked to sell 12 tickets, each ticket is $10.  We are asking families to purchase the tickets in advance, which will be $120 for each player.  You will receive your tickets at the meeting, once you sell them the money is yours to keepWe will go over the event in more detail at the meeting.

    Along with the money for the tickets we are also asking each player to pay an additional $30, this additional team fee will be used to help fund our Silent Auction Baskets, Wheelbarrow of fun and other miscellaneous fees we have during the season.  This will be collected up front so we will not have to ask families for any additional money during the season.

    You can bring cash or check for $150 to the parents meeting. If you are unable to pay for the tickets in advance please contact Coach Dooley and arrangements will be made.
