• Lifetime Activities I. Course code: 11514 1 Trimester, 1 Credit, Grade: 10-12.  Prerequisite: Fitness For Life. Are you a student that prefers to play games versus aerobics and/or weight training as a way to improve your personal fitness? This co-educational course is designed to help students improve personal fitness through playing games.  You will also learn how to create a Personal Fitness Plan.  

     

    Fitness For Life Co-Ed.  Course code:11511, 1 Trimester, 1 Credit, Grade 9.  This class is designed to introduce students to weight training and physical activities that will help improve fitness.  

     

    Aerobic Activities I.  Course code:11535, 1 Trimester, 1 Credit, Grade: 10-12.  Prerequisite: Fitness For Life.  This class is designed to help your overall fitness through participating in aerobic activities.  Activities include speed walking, pilates, yoga, interval training, weight training, and slow and fast paced aerobics.
