About the Northern LightsShow Choir students learn popular songs and dances to perform during regional and national competitions. Many activities help with this preparation including a show choir camp in August prior to the start of school, weekly rehearsals, a show choir clinic for youth and shows for the community.Who can participate? Students in grades 9-12 by audition in January. The students are also enrolled in choir.
Combo & Crew: Students are also needed for the Show Choir crew and instrumental combo, which rehearse outside the school day.Cost: Costume fee. Supplemental costs and competition travel expenses. Fundraising opportunities available.Start/end date: August—JuneParent Booster Club: Parents assist with fundraising, chaperoning, costuming and other activities.
