This team is open to any athlete interested in playing girls lacrosse at the high school level, from novice to experienced player. We strive to provide girls at Tartan High School access to competitive lacrosse while developing student-athletes who value the competitive nature of sports, the camaraderie, and discipline of teamwork, and the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle.

A message to our players/families from one of our sponsors, Woodbury Spine Wellness:

It was great getting to speak with you at the pre-season meeting Monday night. We are excited to be sponsoring the Tartan Lacrosse. As Dr. Drew said, we want to be more than just a financial sponsor, we'd like to be a health and wellness resource for the athletes and their families. It is so much better to be "proactive" than "reactive" when it comes to injury prevention and overall performance. Strength and flexibility have long been considered to be essential in improving athletic performance, techniques, and especially flexibility which is closely related to joint injuries.

Most collegiate and professional teams are using the FMS screen to access and train for potential injuries. Please get your daughter in so that we can run the FMS (functional movement screen) on them. If you have any questions about your child's health or anyone in your family, please lean on us. We can be reached at 651-731-0505.

Follow this link to fill out your athletes' information and Ali will be in touch to confirm your complimentary exam. :)
