Free dental care for children available February 2nd and 3rdParticipating dental clinics are now taking appointments for "Give Kids a Smile," a once-a-year opportunity for children in need.Give Kids a Smile is for any child whose family faces financial or other challenges accessing dental care. No eligibility questions are asked, in an effort to remove any possible barrier to care.
Please spread the word to families you know could benefit from this charitable service. Here are the details:When: Friday, Feb. 2, and Saturday, Feb. 3
Where: About 180 locations across the state. Use this online list to find a participating clinic or call United Way 2-1-1 for help in multiple languages.How: Parents should call United Way 211 (just dial 2-1-1) or 800-543-7709. Operators will have a list of participating dental offices and will be able to direct you to a location near you.Here is more information about the program:
