Below are some off-season Clinics and Skill opportunities for the off-season:

Winter Training with HAUS - Lacrosse Winter Offseason Training

My name is Michael Kiely, a Sports Scientist and Sports Performance Coach at Training HAUS in Eagan, MN. I am reaching out to offer your athletes an app-based, offseason program designed to improve strength and explosiveness in lacrosse players to make sure they are ready for the demands of the upcoming season.

A little about myself: after an unsuccessful attempt as a D1 lacrosse walk-on, my education and career shifted to the sports science/performance side of athletics, specifically in lacrosse performance. Over the past 5 years, I have built a state-of-the-art Sports Science lab within the Training HAUS and am responsible for the lacrosse programming here. I am also a certified strength and conditioning coach through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (SCCC). In the past 2 years alone, I have coached dozens of collegiate-bound lacrosse players, including 2 winners/finalists of both Mr. and Ms. Lacrosse in 2022.

With winter upon us, now is the time to hit the weight room! This program is designed to be completed 3 days/week over the 12 weeks leading up to the season to develop movement quality, systemic strength, and durability to allow your athletes to hit the ground running when practice starts in April. This program can be done in any basic weight room/fitness facility.

Please forward this email and attached flyer to your team. If you have any questions regarding the program or in-person training options for your team at one of our facilities in the metro, please feel free to send me an email, and we can set up a time to connect over the phone.

Thank you for your time, and good luck this upcoming season!
