EXCEL Winners

Each year, the North St. Paul–Maplewood–Oakdale Community Education Advisory Council honors individuals and groups who exemplify Community Education and lifelong learning through the EXCEL Awards.

This year, seven outstanding recipients were recognized:

• Reverend Shawn Morrison (Good in the ’Hood) – Community Partnership
• Katie Docktor & Emily Nelsen – Senior Friend
• Ledelina Bunao – Lifelong Learner
• Tracy Tessier – B.J. Haak Community Service
