It is the responsibility of the Superintendent to implement and manage the policies of the district through the creation of rule, regulation and procedures.

The Board of Education of School District 622 - North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale supports the Superintendent in the development, distribution and implementation of Administrative Rule, Regulation and Procedure that provide direction to the staff in its implementation of district policy and all applicable state and federal laws.
