Ms. Stoeckel has a Bachelor of Science in physics from Valparaiso University, a Master of Educational Technology from Boise State University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in STEM education through the University of Minnesota. Her teaching is based on the Modeling Instruction approach, where students spend the majority of their time in small groups or whole-class discussions to build new ideas. Ms. Stoeckel is also interested in engineering in science classrooms and has been able to work with teachers from throughout the Twin Cities on STEM curriculum through the University of Minnesota's EngrTEAMS project. In addition, Ms. Stoeckel is a 2017 and 2019 state finalist for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching and has published articles in professional journals including The Physics Teacher and The Science Teacher.

You will receive an email with detailed information about your user account within two weeks.
