Welcome to the 2019-20 school year! I hope everybody had a wonderful summer! This is my sixth year teaching at John Glenn. I am excited to make awesome music with you all this year!  I also have directed the Fusion Drumline of ISD622 for the past 9 years. Please let me know if you have any questions about Band at John Glenn. I look forward to connecting with students and parents. Let's make it a great year!
I grew up nearby in White Bear Lake and graduated from White Bear South Campus. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. I also received my Master of Music in Percussion Performance from the University of Minnesota. My teaching also takes me outside the District to Bethel University where I am the Instructor of Percussion.
