I began teaching at Tartan High School in the fall of 2015.  Prior to Tartan, I taught at North St. Paul from 2005-2010 and the Minnesota Transitions Charter School from 2010-2015.  As a Tartan graduate from, the Class of 2001, I went on to receive my BA from the University of St. Thomas, triple-majoring in economics, secondary education and social studies.  I love traveling and have been Tanzania, Bolivia, Ecuador, Perú, Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil, and Spain to name a few. I thoroughly enjoy attending extracurricular activities from sports through the fine arts and live each day by the words: “Love life, live strong, do it on purpose, and with a smile.”
