I have taught with ISD 622 for the past five years. My first four years were spent teaching at Skyview Middle School. The 2019-2020 school year has been my first at Tartan High School.

As an EL teacher, I help support a few different courses. Currently, I support two different content areas. I teach an English Language Development support class for English 9 and I also co-teach an English 9 course.

In addition to English, I also help to support Biology. I teach an English Language Development course to support our newcomers to the country in Biology, and I also co-teach a Biology class.

The English Language Development classes are primarily for newcomers to the country, as well as students who require extra English support. I love working with newcomers, and helping to support them as they transition to a new culture, school, set of expectations, and language.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
