ISD 622 Distance Learning Plan
Tartan High School students will begin the school year in a Distance Learning model. Students will participate in synchronous (live) and asynchronous (independent) learning.
- Lessons will be provided for each course in Schoology
- In order for students to be marked in attendance, students must log-in to each synchronous session. See the schedule below for synchronous and asynchronous times.
- Gradebooks/Campus will be updated weekly.
- Grades can be found in Campus, NOT Schoology You can access Campus Parent on this webpage.

Students must log into Schoology to attend their synchronous (live) courses everyday, except for Wednesdays.
Mondays and Thursdays: Period 1-3-5
Tuesdays and Fridays: Periods 2-4-6
Students will participate in:
- Virtual live instructions through
- Discussion boards
- Small group or one-on-one tutoring
- Conferences or Google Meet (Hangout)
- Online activities (like Kahoot, PearDeck, Quizzes)

School Counselors and Student Support Coaches are working with students on school days from 8 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Students will be working with staff members through Google meets. Click here to schedule a meeting with your School Counselor.

We expect to learn much about our capabilities and assets during our initial phase of Distance Learning. We will evaluate at the end of Phase One and make necessary changes to ensure all our students receive an equitable, rigorous learning experience during this challenging time.
