North Chromebook/Devise User Agreement
It is very important that all parents and guardians have current contact information in Campus Parent. Please confirm that your contact information is correct. Ongoing communication will be shared via email, text, phone message, and the 622 Mobile App. Login and then click on 'More' and then the Address or Family Information you wish to update. This information will be applied to all of your students enrolled in ISD 622 schools.
Technology Support is available for students by filling out a 622 Student Tech Support Ticket (must be signed-in to your 622 account to use) The student tech support hotline is 651-748-7494 Monday - Friday from 8am to 3pm. If no one answers, call back, or fill out a help ticket.

Xfinity Hotspots - Public wifi hotspots open. Once at a hotspot, consumers should select the “xfinitywifi” network name in the list of available hotspots, and then launch a browser.
Comcast- English Comcast - Spanish - Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, new Internet Essentials customers will receive two free months of Internet service. We are also increasing the speed of the program to 25 Mbps downloads, and 3 Mbps uploads for all new and existing customers. Use this information to apply: Online Application Call 1-855-846-8376 for English and 1-855-765-6995 for Spanish. Waiving data limits for existing customers (unlimited data at no additional cost). No Disconnects or Late Fees: We will not disconnect a customer’s internet service or assess late fees if they contact us and let us know that they can’t pay their bills during this period. Our care teams will be available to offer flexible payment options and can help find other solutions.

Charter/Spectrum - Making their Spectrum Internet Assist program available to anyone who doesn’t have Internet access free for 60 days. Call 1-844-488-8395 to enroll. Includes 100Mbps upload speed. Free Internet Access at Home.
