Greetings! I am at Castle all day on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and on Thursday mornings, but other days can be arranged. Please let me know how I can be of help to you and your children!
So . . . what exactly does a school social worker do? Great Question! School social workers are resource people. They specialize in helping teachers, families and kids get connected to any services or information they might need. School social workers also work with children at school to solve problems, strengthen social skills, and help with behavior problems. Some of the things that a school social worker can help with are family stress or crisis, health insurance, food, clothing, housing, counseling and mental health, and learning and behavior problems.
Please feel free to give me a call or send an email if I can be of assistance! (Even if you don't like the Packers!)
