North High Academics

North High is committed to preparing students for the future by providing a comprehensive curriculum that is designed to challenge the interests and abilities of our diverse student body. North offers a rich array of classes ranging from the arts to business, language arts to math, sciences to social studies, and music to technology.

Advanced learners can participate in Advanced Placement (AP), College in the Schools (CIS), articulated courses, concurrent enrollment courses, and Post-Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO). 

North offers several programs to support students who wish to pursue a post-secondary degree, including AVID, Upward Bound/Trio, and College Possible. These programs offer assistance in preparing and planning for college.
