    ***YOU MUST HAVE A SPORTS PHYSICAL ONLINE WITH JOHN GLENN BEFORE FEEPAY WILL LET YOU REGISTER.
    ***YOU MUST BE SIGNED UP AND PAID BEFORE YOUR SON/DAUGHTER WILL SHOW UP ON THE ROSTER AND BE ELIGIBLE TO PRACTICE.
     
     
    ** Sports at John Glenn practice from 2:20 (after school) until 3:45 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. There is an activity bus that runs at 3:45 for students that live in the district. You are also able to pick your student up at the front doors no later than 15 minutes after practice or a game gets over. 
     
     
    SPORTS REGISTRATION INFORMATION
     
    On-line registration for 2019-2020 sports is now open.  Please follow the following steps to register.

    Step 2 - A current SPORTS PHYSICAL must be on file with the school nurse.  These are good for 3 years and are completed by your doctor.  These must be turned in before students can register on FeePay or participate!

    ATHLETICS GENERAL INFO
     
    *Students wishing to participate in athletics must have an athletic physical form on file in the office prior to participating. Physicals are usually good for three years. Please click on the link below for access to the form.
     
    *Students wishing to participate in sports must have an extra-curricular consent form (athletic sign-up form) on file in the office prior to participating.  This form needs to be filled out yearly and is done through FeePay registration.
