Preschool (age 3)

Program eligibility is based on your child's age on September 1st. This is the same for Kindergarten as well, so we back up our Pre-K programs to align with that timing.

Age 3 on or before September 1: 3 year-old Preschool

Age 4 on or before September 1: 4 year-old Pre-K

Age 5 on or before September 1: Kindergarten

All 3 year-olds are served at Beaver Lake Education Center.  4 year-olds are served at elementary sites. 

We encourage you to register early to ensure your child has a space in a class and is prepared for Pre-K. When classes fill, we start a waitlist. Applications received after August 12 will experience a delayed start date due to processing times. 

Once we receive both the Eleyo & Infinite Campus registrations, your child's application will be placed "in line" for placement by the order it is received. We will also need a birth certificate either emailed or brought to us at Beaver Lake so that we can make a copy of it. We will be reaching out with details once their placement is confirmed. 

For 3 year-olds, there is a maximum of 18 children with 2-4 teachers/assistants, depending on needs.

Yes. Morning students will receive breakfast and afternoon students will receive lunch.

No, please turn in your Preschool registration and we will get an appointment scheduled for you at that time. Or you may schedule an appointment at 651-702-8468 or schedule online. Children must be 3 or older. 

Yes, log in to your Eleyo account and add auto payment with a credit card.

First tuition payments are not due until September 1.

We will provide most of the supplies your child needs for school. You are asked to provide:

• A backpack large enough to fit a piece of paper inside. Please label it with your child's name.
• A complete change of clothing with each item labeled with your child's name. 
• Your child's teacher may announce opportunities to donate additional items such as tissues. 

Financial assistance is available to participants who qualify. Please call 651-702-8411 for more information. Reduced fees may be available to families who qualify. Income verification is required. Acceptable verification sources: 2022 Tax Return, 2022 W2 (or similar) for all household income earners, or 3 most current pay stubs for all household income earners. 

After submitting the required materials, applicants will be contacted to discuss eligibility and fees.

Please note: children who are age-eligible for Kindergarten (5 years old on or before September 1, 2024) are not eligible to receive any reduced fees or scholarships due to state regulations.
