Update Campus Parent

Parents or guardians can log in to Campus Parent to complete the annual update. Families can also retrieve their usernames and reset their passwords at Campus Parent. An email address or mobile phone number must be listed in the child’s school record.

• New parents to the district will receive login information on August 15. 

• After August 15, if you can’t find the email, send a message to: campusparent@isd622.org

  • Include the parent/guardian’s name, the child’s name, and the child’s school.

• Update household and contact information (phone number, email, and home address) to ensure they receive important information by U.S. mail, phone, email, or text.

• Update student health information.

• Confirm home, alternative, or daycare addresses for school bus transportation.

• Complete annually required forms, including the Technology Use Agreement, field trip, and permission forms.

A primary household is the address in which the student primarily lives. To prevent multiple submissions for the same student, only parents and guardians of a primary household may complete the annual update in Campus Parent. Primary households are designated in the district's student records.

Parents and guardians in secondary households may update their information through their Campus Parent account at any time.

Yes. Parents and guardians may change their passwords using two different methods.

• Self-service method (Please note: You must have an email address on file and listed in your child’s school records (Campus) to reset your password online.) Visit Campus Parent and click the link Forgot Password or Forgot Username. A link will be sent to your email to set a new password.

• Contact CampusParent@isd622.org to request a password change and/or username recovery.

No. Your assigned username is unique to you and cannot be changed.

No. Each Campus Parent account provides access to all students to whom one has guardianship.
