Update Campus Parent

Action needed: Complete the Back-to-School Update by August 31, 2024

Every year, District 622 asks the primary household member to update their Campus Parent account. Verifying family and student information is important to ensure you receive proper services, eligible transportation, and important communications by mail, phone, text, and email. Bus routes for eligible students can only be scheduled once this information is updated.

  • July 15 to Aug 31, 2024 - update open for returning families

  • Aug 15 to Aug 31, 2024 - update open for new-to-622 families

  • New families will receive an email on August 15 with instructions for logging into their accounts to complete the annual update and access all the features of Campus Parent

Note that you will not be able to access the other Campus Parent features until this review has been completed.

to log in and to complete the updates needed.

One parent or guardian from the primary household needs to complete the annual update

Parents and guardians 

  • Complete all annually required school and district forms.

  • Add or change primary and/or alternative addresses to ensure accurate school bus transportation to and from home and/or childcare addresses. 

  • Review/update student health information.

  • Complete the annual update by August 31. ​

  • Parents will not be able to access any other features in Campus Parent until the annual update is complete.

Important funding for District 622

 

The annual update also includes the link to the Educational Benefits Application and Digital Equity Surveys. Information collected in those forms is shared with the MN Department of Education. Completed applications and surveys also allow District 622 to receive funding for classroom programming. This funding helps us stretch our local dollars further.

Instructions

To complete the annual update and agreements

  • Once logged in you will be directed to the online registration page automatically.

    • Click START on the ANNUAL UPDATE option (see screenshot below)

  • Review/update all sections and required fields.

    • Parent contact information

    • Household address details

    • Emergency contacts

    • Student information (for each student)

      • Health

      • Medications

      • Release agreements for field trips, internet use, device use, and the Student & Family Handbook

Note: If you need to ADD a new student, you will use the NEW Student option in a separate form. We recommend completing the annual update first.
