    Water Workout
    Tone muscles while improving flexibility and endurance. The class includes stretching and a light, low impact aerobic workout. Beneficial for people with Fibromyalgia and other similar conditions. The instructor is a trained adaptive aquatics specialist and can help individualize the class for you. Stairway entrance/exit.
     
    Cardio Water Workout 
    Increase cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength during this total body aquatic workout. No swimming ability is necessary. Ladder entry/exit.
