    Water Workout
    Tone muscles while improving flexibility and endurance. The class includes stretching and a light, low impact aerobic workout. Beneficial for people with Fibromyalgia and other similar conditions. The instructor is a trained adaptive aquatics specialist and can help individualize the class for you.
     
    Cardio Water Workout 
    Increase cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength during this total body aquatic workout. No swimming ability is necessary. Ladder entry/exit.
