Peachjar Electronic Flyers
In 2015, District 622 transitioned from sending home paper flyers from community organizations and started posting them on our e-flyer site.
To further improve the e-flyer process we are now using Peachjar, an electronic flyer distribution system. Peachjar sends school district-approved e-flyers directly to email inboxes each week and posts them on individual school websites. It is an easy way for parents to learn more about events, activities, and programs offered to students by local non-profit organizations.
Using Peachjar will help community organizations and our schools save tons of paper and reduce copy costs. In addition, paperless delivery of flyers removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.
Parents/guardians are notified via email when the flyers are posted each Wednesday, and can then access the flyers through the email link or via each school's Peachjar page, listed below. School Peachjar pages are also accessible via the Peachjar button on each school’s homepage.
NOTE: ISD 622 no longer distribute hard-copy flyers directly to students in classrooms. However, some schools may still offer flyers in their school offices for walk-in parents, or on a bulletin board. You may contact a school directly to provide 10-15 office copies for use in a literature rack or other file as determined by the school.
