    Grow Your Own Teacher Program
Are you a current employee interested in becoming a teacher?

ISD 622 is partnering with the University of Minnesota College of Education and Human Development on a Grow Your Own Teacher Program (MNGOT).

The U of M is now accepting applications from interested applicants for future cohorts.  Teachers can become licensed in K-6 elementary or K-12 ESL, Math or Science and earn a Master's degree in this two-year program.  Employees can stay employed by the District during the program!  The District is pursuing funds to help assist with stipends during the period of student teaching.

Interested candidates should contact Julie Coffey, Director of Human Resources at 651-748-7422, jcoffey@isd622.org or Jade Beauclair, University of Minnesota, at 612-625-4013, beau0273@umn.edu.
