• ISD 622 Statewide Enrollment Options

Thank you for your interest in the North St Paul/Maplewood/Oakdale Schools. ISD 622 makes every effort to approve applications from non-resident students. At the same time, ISD 622 controls enrollment when a school or program becomes full.

Links to the Early Childhood (ECSE)/K-12 Open Enrollment form and Voluntary Pre-K (VPK) Open Enrollment form are found at the bottom of this page. Please choose the form that coincides with your student's age/grade.

    Types of Students

    Resident Students

Students who reside within the boundaries of a particular school district are considered district residents and are ensured enrollment within the district schools.

    Non-Resident/Open Enrollment Students***

Students reside outside the district boundaries, and have enrolled in the ISD 622 schools. These students have withdrawn from their resident district to become members of ISD 622.
